He was talking about a woman who ate moderate amounts of complex carb and still had blood sugar symptoms like fatigue and I think he said braig fog (hahaha). Being so muddled myself this, of course, caught my attention. The top and bottom of it is that when he did tests for cortisol and blood sugar, he found the reason for the blood sugar problem (and hence cortisol) was because she needed pancreatic enzymes as she was not digesting her complex carbs.
