I ordered mine through Van Dyke & Bacon in Baltimore (actually Ellicot City,

MD). Call Mattie at . I faxed (fax# ) her my son's

prescription and she was able to " fill " it and have it to me within 3-4

days--shipped UPS. She knows what she is talking about when it comes to these

special shoes.
