Question about labs from ZRT

Hi

My Dr. Got my labs back from ZRT today. She said my adrenals are trashed.

Here are my results...

Morning cortisol - 0.2 (3.7-9.5

Evening cortisol - 0.3 (0.4-1.0)

My Dhea is low

And my estrogen is to high.

Progestrone is to low.

She gave me cortef. I went to the drug store to get it and they had to order

it. It will be there tomorrow.

And of course she said I'm taking to much Armour thyroid. But I am going to

ignore that.

Can you tell me what you think of these levels. And where there and side

effects from the cortef. Did you gain weight?
