1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained (or cook according to the package if you

use dry, and season to taste with salt & pepper)

Preheat oven to 350. Spread chickpeas on an ungreased baking shet in a

single layer.

Bake 50 minutes or until browned and crisp enough to rattle.
