My prediction is they will say you don't have enough AF or ectopics to

ablate.

Probably try antiarrhythmic drugs like dofetilide (brand name Tikosyn) or

flecainide (Tambocor), but be aware that antiarrhythmic drugs often have bad

side effects.

My heart has pvc's about once an hour. I have had 3 afib episodes in 2

months.I AM NOT in permanent afib, and my episodes last about 24

hours, without having to cardiovert. What would be the best procedure

for me...electrophysiology or ablation? I will be seeing a dr. in the

next two weeks, but i thought I would see some responses.
