Guest guest Posted September 14, 2002 Report Share Posted September 14, 2002 Hi Everyone, This past week I have been really worried, and hope maybe someone will be able to shed some light on my situation. First, my muscles have been stiff and sore for some time now. I am having a hard time getting a deep breath, my face is swollen and I have a " bile " taste in my mouth,(nasty). My urine strp shows traces of ketones and bilirubin. Yes, my urine is a darker color. I'm having the hyperthermia type episides, especially when my muscles are so cramped and rigid. My urine test showed calcium oxilate also. What is that? My cpk is mildly elevated at 272, as is my sgot at 84. Blood also showed mildly elevated potassium, sodium, carbon dioxide,MCH. Hemeglobin was in very upper limits of normal, as was calcium. Can anyone help me out. Are liver, kidney problems associated with metabolic myopathy?
