However, SBD teaches you to not only just avoid bad carbs but to eat the right fats, proteins, and carbs. So eating a cheeseburger, while technically good as far as the " no bad carbs " mantra is concerned, is also technically bad for SBD because it contains a lot of bad fats. You'd be better to avoid it for something like a piece of chicken or similar.
