Guest guest Posted April 27, 2005 Report Share Posted April 27, 2005 My 13 year old son with IDDM just got diagnosed with celiac disease about a week ago. I have been packing his lunches since we found out, but he is someone who used to buy every day. Is his school required to supply gluten free foods? Also, my husband thinks I am going overboard but buying new baking dishes and cooking utensils and when I told him I think we need to get a new toaster, he told me I'm crazy. Am I?
