HI Jen,

How long approval takes depends on what insurance you have. Some people have

really had to fight for approval, others (such as myself) have not had to wait.

I have a

PPO though PHCS or " Private Health Care Systems " that is managed through

lumenos.

What our orthotist has people do is pay for the band up front and then they

reimburse once the insurance goes through--in case you have to fight for it and

it

takes a while.
