Guest guest Posted October 14, 2011 Report Share Posted October 14, 2011 As you all may know, I recently received a 30 day temporary supply of my OTFC (Oral Transmucosal Fentanyl Citrate; generic Actiq) after two weeks without it. I received notice that I have received prior authorization until October 8, 2012 for both Actiq and Duragesic. Yay! Everything will be okay!
