Guest guest
I am a little confused. Are you supposed to continue with mid- morning and mid-afternoon snacks when you are on Phase 2? I am not really hungry enough to eat anything but want to do what I am supposed to do. I started on 9/1/04 and have lost 24.5 pounds. Went to the doctor today for blood work. He suggested SBD to me and so far I am pleased with the results. I will be axious to know my lipid level, etc.
Guest guest
This is the area I enjoy discussing. FYI, my HDL went way up nicely. LDL is right at the borderline (personally I think it's the eggs and steak, thank you). BP is way down, so is pulse. I'm very pleased, but will monitor it all. Good luck with yours.
