I never had a problem with my ankles, but even though i've only lost five pounds, i feel way less lumpy....it's great isn't it? If you guys haven't read the scwartzbein (is that it?) post, go do it. But my doctor says that the weight of my stomach pressing on the tops of my thighs when I am sitting causes poor circulation which is why my ankles swell up.
