First, what is the estrogen's role in our situations' and what is the progesterone's.? We are always talking about increasing the amount of estrogen in our bodies and I did this (although only to 4mg). What about increasing the progesterone? Was I supposed to increase this too when I increased the estrogen? Also, I had this thought about the increase of progesterone when the pregnant women in this group started talking about being given progesterone to help with their pregnancies.
