Guest guest Posted October 24, 2003 Report Share Posted October 24, 2003 I lost 15 pounds just by not drinking sodas no diet no caffeine free nothing. I don't drinks tea or milk just water. I know it sounds hard to do but Ive been soda free for 10 weeks now. I don't smoke but I think it would compare to quitting smoking.
