Guest guest Posted September 14, 1999 Report Share Posted September 14, 1999 First of all, congrats to all the losers!! LOL I want to thank everyone for all the great recipes, advice etc... I weigh in Saturdays and am losing slowly but surely! I have been somewhat discouraged from time to time but this list helps me stick to this WOE. Although I don't have much time to post messages, I do make the time to read them, bc it's what gives me the motivation to stick this out. I read my mail in the ams, so it definitely helps me stay on track even when I have gotten on the scale and nothing! I'll admit, I have wanted to throw in the towel, but when I read my mail, I decide I can do it too! Now to report my progress: Unfortunately I'm not a big loser, (I wish I was) but I'll take what I can get! Down 9.5 lbs and 10.25 inches!! YES!!! Thanks to Sue's help, I also got my daughter who is almost 10 started on this WOL too, and she has lost 3 lbs already! I do encourage everyone to measure. Although I haven't lost much in poundage, I am really happy about the inches! Hope everyone has a great week and just take it one a day at a time and it's not near as hard!
