thanks for the information, its great to have this resource available!

I live in West Michigan, so I live with in a few hours of both the

chicago and clevaland CT, but i do have some family in Clevland so we

can make it a nice visit anyway.

For the refferal, what kind of Dr do you mean ,an Osteopath?
