Guest guest
Thanks to everyone who replied to my message! I was able to get a ton of info from the webpages. Shauna- Thanks for the " A " !! Also, thank you for suggesting to contacting my local OPO. I called them and they are going to send me all kinds of handouts for my speech and pens. They were great! My speech instructor is very laid back. He doesn't require any research at all. He prefers that we speak about something that we are interested in or something that frustrates us. However, I am not educated enough about organ donation, so I am searching for info (This was a GREAT place to start). My speech isn't due for 2 weeks, so I haven't put it all together yet. I'm still thinking about how I want to put everything together. I was thinking about telling my personal story in the introduction as both an attention getter, and to establish a little bit of credibility. I can't wait until this semester is over (only 2 more weeks), and I hope I can squeeze one more " A " . I'm determined to get through college with a 4.0. So far, so good. I just get SO nervous when I get up to the podium! Thanks again!!!! Brett (19 y.o dx UC '02, dx PSC '03, urso 2700 mg/day)
