I am new to this area (Bullhead City, Arizona) and I came from California where

I had straight State Medi-cal and every thing I needed as far as pain meds and

my doctor was covered but some of them was under what they called a " TAR "

I am getting ready to apply for " ahcccs " and I have to figure out a Doctor and

what they cover or what plan to pick so what I am asking is if any one can

relate to me, I suffer from lower back pain and Fibromyalgia and Adult ADD but

right now the doctor is treating me for the fibromyalgia and adult ADD so I get

diazepam, morphine IR 30mg (240 pills a month), Methadone 10mg 5 in am and 5 in

pm and the generic for ritalin..

long story short I was in a car accident in 2002 and I feel that the

fibromyalgia is the death sentence but the doctor finally figured out the

methadone would work and it has. I wish I didnt have to do this all over again

but since I am moving here I have no choice to find a doctor that understands

like my other one does and has no problem giving these medications out

considering I have had my share that said no and I just need to figure this

problem out soon.

I am female, 32 yrs old and with out being on those medications I dont want to

imagine life. so has any one been in this area or is in this area, please tell

me what doctor and what plan to pick under ahcccs medical program. Thank you so

much to any one that can help me with this issue.
