Guest guest
Hi Val, How did you know to continue increasing your T3 until you got it up to the 250mcg?? Was it your temps or was it just the way that you continued to feel?? Just trying to compare my situation and wondering what my next step should be at this point. Thanks,

Guest guest
I had been on the 175mcg SRT3 for three weeks so I tried going up again to 187.5mcg SRT3 yesterday. I had to stress dose this morning because I guess the extra T3 seemed to knock my temps way down into the 96 range but the afternoon temps have leveled out once again. They can be anywhere from 98.5 to 99.17. And the average is still right around 98.6 with the basal temp still low 97.33. This is identical to when I took the 175mcg. I am having the same jittery feeling that I had with the 175 that subsided a few days later. Do you think I should try to sustain at the 187.5 for a few days and see if the hyper feeling passes or is this too much stress on my adrenals?? I have stress dosed today but here comes the belly weight right away. Is is possible that I have reached my peak and I'm not going to get any better feeling?? Do some people just NOT get better? I don't mind going up and up but I just don't want to make issues for the adrenals. Guest guest
What kind of T3 are you tkaing? And for how long have ou been off T4 meds? What is your pulse? -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
I am taking compounded SRT3. I have been off all T4 for 13 weeks. My pulse is normally around 70-80 but this morning it got up of 108(which I know is not that high but higher than my norm). My temps were lower than normal this morning and when I took my noon dose is when the pulse and jittery feelings kicked in. That is when I stress dosed with the cortisol and my temps went normal with an hour. My pulse at present is 80 and I just feel a tad jittery. It is now time to take my afternoon but I must have higher cortisol in the afternoon because I rarely have trouble with this dose. Just keeps my temps running nice and normal. > > Subject: Re: ?? about increasing T3 > To: RT3_T3 > Date: Monday, June 22, 2009, 4:46 PM > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > What kind of T3 are you tkaing?
