Guest guest
Zer, Your herb tea could have a stimulant of some kind in it that could be causing the afib. I've heard of stevia and most say they have no side effects from it. Many herbal compounds have stiumlant effect on us. I steer clear of them, myself. Hope you are feeling better now. Guest guest
Hi - My recommendation is that you begin to keep a diary where you list all of the things you have eaten, what the weather is like, what your stress level is, etc. when you go into an AFib episode. I did this for a couple of months and I found a pattern emerging that enabled me to identify my personal " triggers " that lead to an episode. Now - I can avoid most AFib experiences and when I do get one I know what caused it. Good luck! Sharon in El Paso
