Guest guest
> today is my last day of ph1(lost 10 pounds) tomorrow I start ph2 I was under > the assumption that you just add in 1 fruit and1 good grain on the first day > and continue that until you see what your weight gain or loss is and then > adjust your fruit and good grain accordingly. I see in the book in the menu > plan for phase 2 that he has add not one but three servings of fruit and one grain. What are you supposed to do, how did you all start phase 2? what were your experiences starting phase 2. Therese Most folks start a lot slower than that. Adding in 3 fruits and a grain in one day is a bit much. Try adding in a single fruit or a single grain one day, then waiting to see if any cravings are triggered or your weight loss stalls. If you add in the fruit or grain later in the day you won't have to endure cravings (if you get them) as long awake as if you add them in the morning and have to deal with the cravings all day. Guest guest
How long have you been on phase 1? You can post a sample days menu and maybe we can give you some suggestions. -Beth Re: Starting phase 2 I have gained 3lbs on this diet!!
