Guest guest
Hi all, I posted this months ago and after reading the latest posts about back pain will pass this on once more. Try eating fresh or dried tart cherries every day. It can't hurt and, like me, it might be the miracle you've been looking for for back pain relief. I was going to give you my history, but realized you'd be reading all afternoon, so the gist of it is: Back pain sufferer (bulging discs, degenerative disc disease, arthritis L3-4-5 for 20+ yrs). Had XR, MRI's, neuro tests, etc. Had treatment: epidurals, PT, Massage, Acupuncture, Chiropractic, drugs - all without any lasting relief. Last summer was a bumper crop of cherries at great prices so I ate them just about every day. Along about October the supply ran out and I one day noticed my back hurting again! I then connected the cherries and the fact that I really hadn't had much back pain all summer, even much discomfort, as I'd had the 20+ years before. I thought there HAD to be a connection! I also remembered that tart cherries were recommended for gout, and researched further online to confirm it. Being mid-October, I couldn't find fresh cherries at market so I bought dried cherries at about $3.50 for a bag that last about a week - eating a dozen every morning. Even the FIRST day back on them the back pain significantly decreased. I continue this and have to tell you - I have almost NO pain or discomfort I use to suffer on a daily basis. If I miss a day (rare) I again feel discomfort in my back! Today is first day I'm trying a cherry supplement I'd done some research on. It's black cherry concentrate 250mg - I took two this morning instead of my 12 dried cherries and I'm still pain-free. So that's my story - I know what y'all are going thru - there were times I was at the end of my rope and so depressed due to the chronic back pain. I don't know if they will indeed give you some or all relief, but I'd certainly urge you to give them a try - so inexpensive and easy to do! I wish you well and happy..... Have a blessed day, Jo
