My first time posting

I have been in here for a month or so now and I have not had time to

post yet. Well I just wanted to tell about myself. My name is

and I been on the south beach diet since Mid June and then I

was 180 now I am at 150. I am really happy with myself. I feel like I

have more energy. My goal is to be 145 by my birthday. Which is

October 27th. I will be turning 20. I am so glad this diet is

working. It will make it so much easier for me in life to do it now.

Plus I don't want to become a diabetic cause it runs in my family.

Right now I am going to school and I am talking a life fitness class.

So I get to work out 2 times a week on machines plus I take the town

bus so I get a 30 minute a walk 5 times a week to catch the bus for

school. Well Wish me luck everyone to get to 145 by then lol. I have

to get to class now but I will try to post and reply to everyone

more.

Welcome to the list and the beach. You are doing so well. Congratulations on your loss. That's wonderful. You can get to your goal. :) I just know it, but if you don't, just keep on going cuz eventually, you will get there. :) And you are so much more healthy now, too. :) Keep up the great work. Congratulations , you're almost there! Sounds like you're

doing great, especially with the walking you're doing. Since you

have a family history of diabetes you are very smart to be losing weight

and eating better now.

Good luck with the last five pounds. You can do it!
