They sell natural deoderants in health food stores.

Also, please make sure you are taking enough essential fatty acids. Omega 3s. They will also help prevent cancer. They are found in flax, fish, fish oil, evening primrose. Etc. Talk to a nutrionist or a specialist at your local health food store.

I believe evening primrose is estrogenic. So is fennel, there is a LOT to

learn out there. I do know black currant is ok.

Hi!

I don't post very often, not sure if I have to this group, but I

wanted to ask about estrogenic foods and vulvodynia. I have primary

vestibulitis and also endometriosis. Sometimes I've read that

flaxseed oil, evening primrose oil etc is good if you have endo,

sometimes I read that it has bad long term effects. This because of

its estrogenic activity in the body. How does that relate to

vulvodynia/vestibulitis? Is it recommended or not?
