Candi,

I started my three lac yesterday, but i am only going to start with

one packet a day. I just want to see how it reacts me first. How

much are you using? How is it working? I can't believe that I

still have this yeast infection - unbelievable! I guess the

nystatin is not working. I only have a few more days of it, and I

am still itching/raw/irritated and I still have some discharge. I

thought that stopped, but noticed it again last night (when I was

very itchy!) I just don't know what to do now.

I have an appointment with Spadt on the 24th of February. I

really can't get there sooner, (I won't drive to Philly and my

husband is away, so I have no ride anyway). I could go to my

regular gyno. but they will just hand me some cream or try to

convince me to use the gynazol. I know won't prescribe more

antifungals until she sees me, which is understandable.

Any advice?

Maureen

Tammy,

No, I am not on a yeast free diet. I never, ever had a problem with

yeast, just had a few infections in my life, but I can't seem to get

rid of this one. I am on a gluten free diet, and I really don't

want to restrict my diet anymore. I haven't been eating sugar, or

much carbs at all the past couple of weeks. I only weigh 88 pounds

though, so I have to eat something!

Maureen,

Maybe you should go to the doc just to make sure it isn't a

bacterial infection by now. They act a lot alike.

Just and idea. Hate to hear of you so miserable.

and eat everything in sight in the event that your body is missing vital

nutrients~!!?!??!?!?!

Good luck
