Does anyone subscribe to this? I am thinking of getting a PDA and getting the PDA version. I just wanted to know if anyone likes it or dislikes it?

Thanks!

We got it and will not renew.

It is ok, it's just that the list is not very comprehensive, so we end up lugging along other lists in a notebook anyway, so once you are doing that, what's the point.

We have looked up some very basic products that have turned out to be GF and they are not on our palm pilot.

For the price, it is not worth it in my mind, but that is just my two cents.

I saw a poster who replied she didn't feel it was comprehensive enough. I am

very recently

diagnosed and I find it is very helpful to me. It is a huge comfort to have it

while I'm in the

grocery store. Sure, it would be great if it had even more information, but I

have to say I

definitely find it very useful.

Thanks so much for replying...Have you ever thought of putting the other lists in the palm pilot as well? I am just trying to not have to lug so much to the commissary. Sometimes it is so frustraiting because the commissary doesn't always carry the same things. I have even tried looking at their products on their website and making a list before I go, but for some reason we don't have all the stuff they have on the site.

I may get the PDA anyways and put my own lists in it...it would be easier to update than searching over papers all the time. I will think again about this program though...

Thanks!!

Ellen,

I am also recently diagnosed and this program seemed at first glance like a life saver! So at this point I guess I need to decide if anything is better than the nothing I have right now!! Do you use it on a PDA? Can you add your own items to the program?

Thanks!

Is there any way you can add your own products to it? The ones you know are GF? I may just get the non-updateable one for my PC and check it out...it is only $14.95. Then if I do like it I will get one for the Palm Pilot I ordered. But I figured even without the program the Palm Pilot would be helpful to store all my info it. I travel a lot, so I would hate to forget any information you know?Jill M Poplawski-Wimmer wrote:

are there any other programs out there? That one doesn't sound very user friendly...I suppose it is great for the people who shop at the particular stores...Jill M Poplawski-Wimmer wrote:

I use it on my Tungsten E Palm without any problems. I consult it all the time

when I'm at

the grocery store.
