Guest guest
Val or anyone, Could someone refresh me on all the tests one should have, and their recommended levels, before one attempts to add T4 back in? Eventually I'll want to try adding some T4 back in, but I sure don't want to do it if testing says I'm not ready. The things I'm somewhat aware of are: vitamin B-12 ferritin (70-90) vitamin D (50+) RT3 aldosterone electrolytes cortisol cycle Also, if there is anyone out there who has succesfully added T4 back in, and figured out how to reduce T3 while increasing T4 so as not to go either hyper or hypo, I'd like to hear from you. I started adding 3/4 grain Armour and am decreasing 6.25 mcg T3. Now at 6 days and dropped another 6.25 because my temp went up a bit. I did 3/4 grain just because I happened to have 90 mcg tabs and half a tab was convenient. 1 grain ATh has 9 mcg T3 so to add that you would need to decr T3 a bit more than I did.
