Not the same thing as cellophane > noodles. Vicki Oh, this is precious! Is there a list of zero carb stuff out there somewhere, I wonder. Have recently discovered veggie burgers, national hebrew beef franks, and that's about it. Oh, and " Gogurt " by yoplait has only 11g of CHO. I read somewhere about a diet yogurt that has zero carb but forgot to make a note, so if someone has found it, pls share the info. (Folks, sorry if you've been here before.)
