I am new to this and a couple of other groups, and I am waiting and playing the insurance game for their approval. No, my insurance is not " playing games " with me, but they certainly are having me jump through many hoops just for approval! Example: I have had nearly all my pre-pre-op tests, and they are sending me from Riverside County (CA) to Los Angeles Cedars-Sinai for their Director of Bariatric Surgery to say, " he** yes, she's fat! give her the surgery~ stat!! " I know it is all part of the process, but doesn't my insurance realize that if the surgeon says it's necessary, then it is?? (Vitalady) and I were discussing this very same thing last night...You DON'T want to get her started! LOLOL! Anyway, congrats on your approval! Katt M.
