It's always been a sad thing trying to make others understand what I ail

from(fms). since it's nothing they can see they tend to think everyday I am

fine.

just got done yesterday getting hit on the side of my head by a ceiling fan

wooden knocked me to the ground, the pain of course was more than anyone would

know, because pain level is doubled when you have fms, still fill it now typing

this.

I agree I wish there was somehow I could communicate to others what I feel

especially the kids my wife sees it in my eyes and the way I move of how much my

pain level is in,but as long as I am moving around and doing things the kids and

everyone else think I'm doing fine bummer of a life sometimes but just grin and

bear it!

Yet, someone looking at me would not guess I was disabled. When you meet people,

they naturally ask what you do. When I answer that I don't work because of a

" bad back " ; I get the " Yeah, right. " look.

Maybe you should be seen for that injury with the fan blade. Don't blame all

pain on Fibromyalgia.

Debbie,

Loved your email cause it is my story, too in so many ways! Who would make up

these stories and then live them? I mean we could find jobs writing for

Hollywood, because our stories are so unbelievable. Of course, they might have

problems finding actors/actresses to act out the chronic unrelenting pain we

feel. Maybe we could win some s.

Like you I would trade it all for a well life in a heartbeat. Thank goodness

for all of you. I am sad that you are having to take this pain journey with me

but feel blessed by your company Becky
