It alarmed me a bit because I hadn't had tender breasts in I don't know how long. Thought maybe I was pregnant...as in perhaps the Armour had helped the infertility. But thank god (I'm 48) that wasn't the reason. So I don't know. It did go away. Cindi
Guest guest
Ok! they aren't quite as tender as they were a few days ago - but still tender and uncomfortable - and sore 'clear thru' ... like the fibrous tissue (fibrocystic breasts) is all inflamed - the lumpy bumpy things. I guess it's a hormone thing somehow - just shows how connected these hormones are I suppose! I know I couldn't be pregnant - and it would be odd for me to have an influx of whatever causes it sometimes in a woman's cycle. As long as it eventually goes away!!! thanks! cris Re: ? - side affect of armour? (men, close your eyes!) Nothing else has really changed. I take estrogen only replacement hormones - Cris, you could be experiencing a bit of estrogen-dominance, which can cause breast tenderness. Might be time to decrease that estrogen, or add natural progesterone to the mix to balance the two female hormones. Janie
Guest guest
Gee , you give me hope. My B's were also tender and swollen like big balloons that they almost did not fit in the H's anymore. I had lumps in it to, but thank God there were no cancer signs. The doctor called it 'Masteopathie'. Yet, when they are so painful I feel sad, because even being a woman is depressing, including the PMS and heavy bleeding I got. But that's all over now. Except for my swollen breasts once and a while, which seems to occur especially when I'm to low in hormones. I had this symptom also on synthetic where upping the dose, -as we all know- wouldn't help. Do you take additional T4 ? This is probably an option for Cris too? Guest guest
ahhhhh - it is possible. My low dose was doubled a year ago because I was having the night sweats and hot flashes. Still, a fairly low dose though - supposedly. I'll try cutting it down, and I'll pick up some progesterone cream at Vitamin world - assmuming my store carries it. would the armour have set this in motion? I know I saw information some where about estrogen dominance - do you know where there is good information on it? Thanks! CRis Re: ? - side affect of armour?
