Hi everyone

On my last labs my FT3 was at 362, which is in the middle of the range, up from

2.6 the time before. I have since raised my cytomel dose by 10mcg to so it is

probably a little higher now. I am taking 180 mg of iron per day to get my

ferritin up. I just checked my temp and it is 96.0

I need to start monitoring my temps more. I am having my period which might make

the temp a little lower, but still, why I am I sow low temp-wise when I have a

normal FT3?

Becuase on T3 onyl 362 is NOT high enough. Even my doctor agrees that

whileon T3 only we need T3 MUCH over range to feel well as there is no

T4 for back up conversion. I feel best owht a FT3 around 620. Top of

range 420.
