Guest guest
, What time of the day do you take the adrenal supplement? Maybe you need to take it earlier in the day if this may possibly be why you wake up early. Also, try increasing your intake of water when you take the adrrenal supplement. Sore Muscles on Armour? Anyone experience this? Hi Everyone, For the last week I have been waking up everynight at 4:00am. I am unable to fall back asleep but I still feel tired and my muscles feel as if I worked out all night. I am getting that painful burn that you usually get when you are working out on exercise equipment and you have done that last and painful push or something. it seems to let up quite a little bit for the rest of the day but is still present although not so bad as when I first wake up. I take my morning dose of armour (1 grain) and (1.5 grain) at 2:00pm. Does anyone think this is a result of me takeing Adrenal Cortex supplements twice daily? I am thinking I am having a flight or fight effect in the middle of the night and that's why I am waking up and feeling so sore. Any suggestions please please pleaseeeeeee! Guest guest
I am taking the adrenal supplement at 9am and then again at 2pm. the strengh on it is 350 mg so a total of 700mg a day. If I don't take the adrenal supplement my symptoms of severe fatigue and brain fog occur and I do so much better when I take it but I can't stand waking up with sore muscles and just thought it was related to either the Armour or the Adrenal supplement. The soreness/burning is mainly in the arms and legs from the knee down. You would think I have been working out all night with the burn I am getting. I will try drinking more water to see if this will help. > , What time of the day do you take the adrenal supplement? Guest guest
Hi , I had exactly the same burning/sore muscles even though I never took my adrenal support after 2pm. Someone on this list recommended phosphatedyl serine and since I have been taking that I now sleep through the night and don't have that burning muscle pain when I wake in the morning. I take it with my evening meal. Lynda (in the UK) Sore Muscles on Armour? Anyone experience this? Hi Everyone, For the last week I have been waking up everynight at 4:00am. Guest guest
OOPS! I hit the button too early on the last post. Yes this is exactly the symptoms I oposted about 2 days ago. Someone suggested that I up my T-4. I'm going to try that. But yes, you described it perfectly. i called it achey breaky feety and stick legs. I am not taking any adrenal supplements. I took a tylenol pm last nite to sleep and still woke up this am at 5. Very disconcerting. (thats my big word of the day) LOL. from Texas > > Hi , > > I had exactly the same burning/sore muscles even though I never > took my adrenal support after 2pm.
