Hi Cris. Since I do my Armour sublingually, I don't have any issues

with eating. But....laughing...I try not to eat anything while the

tablet is dissolving because it always ends up moving up and getting

chewed!! ARGH!!

If you swallow your pill, you want to avoid having iron or calcium

in your stomach, including downing the pill with calcium-fortified

orange juice. Both bind some of the thyroid hormones........which is

also why you rest the free's---they show what is unbound and

available.

And, even if you do swallow the pill with the above, all it means is

that you will have to take more Armour to compensate....

My understanding is to be consistent. If you take it with food do it

all the time. If you take it on an empty stomach do it all the time.

If you change you might need to adjust your dosage.
