Guest guest
How high is your pulse? Have you checked sodium? I would hold for a few days and seee where your 6temps stabilize at. 80mcg can be a high dose for some and where your FT3 is I suspect it could be too high, but you need ot give ti time to satbilize and see here you are. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
My pulse is resting around 90 and going up to 110 - 115 at various times. This has only been for the past 4 - 5 days though, prior to that it has been ok. Only reason I know now is because I wake up with it, feels like my heart is beating too fast and too hard. Also this happens during the day too, not just after exercise or doing something strenuous, just randomly I notice it beating hard, and then I check pulse and it is fast. I had sodium checked in august last year and it was 140 and potassium 3.8. Hopefully my doc can get it checked with this recent batch of blood if they have kept it. Guest guest
both sodium and potassium were a bit low then so it is a good idea to check them again now. In the meantime you can try takingsome unrefined sea salt nexttime you feel high pulse. Take a glass of water with 3/4-1tdp salt in it and recheck pulse in an hour. if it has come down significantly then low soidum is causing your high pulse. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
The high pulse seems to be getting better with taking less t3, today I have only taken 60mcg and my pulse is around 85 - 90. Just to recap recent bloodwork showed high t3 but with ferritin at 79 and now today I have got blood results showing high sodium 148 (ref 135 - 145) and potassium of4.6 (ref 3.5 - 5.5) so the heart stuff wasnt from these being low. Could high sodium cause heart palpitations and fast heart beat with low blood pressure? I really suspected the aldosterone stuff to be a problem, but obviously not. I am supping about 1 tsp per day split into two times per day. Guess I should lower this a bit.
