Guest guest
I am 21 and I'm taking T3 only right now. I'm just going by my temps and how I feel to dose my T3 but I am worried that the T3 could make me loose muscle and bone or cause osteoporosis. I feel like my muscles are weaker and soft and my joints and bones feel more brittle and weak. Could T3 be causing me to feel more weak and like my bones and joints are weaker? Guest guest
I don't think it's the T3. Before I crashed, it was letting me grow muscles. And now that I've reduced it, my neck is crackling something terrible. Guest guest
HI, I read somewhere, I think it was here: http://www.juicehunters.com/ that using t3 uses up protein, so eventually you lose muscles. The answer would seem to be to take extra protein in the form of whey powder.. I buy mine from www.myprotein.co.uk (mp max) I also buy t3 from geneza, who run the juice hunters com web site. I get their generic (own) brand and have not noticed any difference between this and the stuff the doctor prescibes. Hope this helps... > > Worried about T3 only > > > >I am 21 and I'm taking T3 only right now. Guest guest
Ah! I hadn't considered that angle. Gosh imagine making yourself hyperthyroid.. I've been there just before my thyroid stopped working (hashimotos), and it was 'orrible. I still take the protein shakes though, just because I like them x > > BUT they are a bodybuilder site.
