Val,

You said here that you like to keep doses even from day to night. If we add

(for instance in my case) 5mcg a week, how are we keeping it even from day to

night. We are just adding 5mcg once a week and where do we add it. (What time

of day?) Sorry for all the questions regard increases but it can be confusing.

Ok. My last question, I hope. So, I am adding the first week 5mcg. The second

week, I will add then 10mcg to the third dose and then, 15mcg the third week to

the last dose???? I really appreciate your patience Val.

Now, if my high pulse is not because of my sulfite sensitivity and this is the

only adverse effect I am having with the T3, is high pulse enough to say I may

have adrenal issues? Two questions sorry!

Then sart raising th first dose again.

High pusle alone is not enough to say you have adenal issues it can also

be from low sodium, or other imbalances.

OMG Val, You are amazing! Thank you for taking the time to do that. I am so

sorry I was having difficulty understanding. Brain fog???

What I find interesting is I am taking 25mcg 3x a day. Maybe that is why I am

getting the fast pulse? Maybe I should go with the 12.5 like you have here

instead?

I am getting my potassium check on Wednesday. I didn't think to also do the

sodium but the last time that was like 140 with the top range 145.

Thanks again SO much. I promised not to bother you for at least another day :)
