Could you call and pick of some kind of thyroid support?? Or get a friend to pick it up for you?? Also, it might help a little to be taking Selenium, which can be bought at Wal Mart for cheap, and take one or two a day. It helps with the conversion of T4, to T3..whatever little T4 you are making. You hang in there honey, and stay in touch with us when you feel like it. Just lay low---your day is coming.
