Diet Cokes and others are allowed, Atkins wants you to stop caffiene for the first week to break any addictions adn then after the first week you can drink them moderatley. Also some people are intolerant to artificial sweetner and they get stall because of it. It is totally up to you. Mainly living on hamburgers and cheese right now. Hopefully you all will help me see that there are other things. But what aren't you buying sodas? Don't the diet ones have no carbs, or is it because of the nutrasweet thing. Guest guest Posted September 21, 1999 Report Share Posted September 21, 1999 Teena, Atkins has a whole chapter in his book all about yeast infections. you have to read it cause I think he had some special foods that you either had to eat or are not suppose to eat. Also Antibotics will stall you. I have heard that PMS can be relieved from taking at least 1200 mgs of calcium.
