Guest guest Posted June 13, 2009 Report Share Posted June 13, 2009 Hey, Val...Just wondering what kind of dosing schedule you'd recommend for T3 when you need more than 100 mcg.? I'd been doing 25 mg. 4 x a day. Thursday evening I added a 5th dose to get up to 125 to see if that helped this crazy swelling I have all over - and yesterday, the swelling in my legs and ankles was WAY better!! Even MORE better this morning... So I think I'm on the right track. But I remember y'all saying you should never take more than 25 mcg. at a time or it stresses the adrenals too much - so to get in 125 mcg. - how would you dose it? What happened to the guy who was taking t3 only 2x a day? So - could I double one dose to 50 and then do 25 25 25? Or should I cut them in half and keep them more even? And *is* there a limit to how much 1 dose should be? If me, no - I will be getting labs done next Wed. Have you gotten labs back yet on this dose? You can take more than 25mcg at a time, I certainly do! If they are rock solid oyu can probabl take your whole dose at 0one time, but even wiht mine in good shape I prefer to not push it nad break the dosing up to 4 times a dya. Guest guest Posted June 13, 2009 Report Share Posted June 13, 2009 I am taking more than 25mcg at one time...per Val. I take 30mcg in the morning, 25mcg in the afternoon and 30 late afternoon. I am thinking about adding something to bedtime but not sure where to go with it. My temps around 9pm are go back down to the 97. something.
