It is expensive...but I order from drugstore.com and I think its 30 capsules of 150 mg (which is a good daily dose)...is about $19...but that is still sorta expensive. Guest guest
does anyone know how much coQ10 is recommended? I take some, but figure it probably isn't enough to do any good, since the bottles I buy are fairly reasonable. I buy them at a 40% off sale - they put them on for 40% fairly often. CRis ----- Original Message ----- Hey Cindi, I basically take the same as you: b vitamins, vitamin c, vit e, omega 3, iron (recently since my ferritin needs improvement), calcium, and a good multi. I would take the coenzyme q10, but it is freakin' expensive. I used to take it years ago (like 12 years ago), but it's popularity has jumped the price up. I stopped taking my CLA, but that is really good too.

I guess it's been better than none at all! thanks! cris ----- Original Message ----- Seems I remember reading that at least 50 mg. a day...more if there is a family history of heart disease or you have congestive heart failure.
