Guest guest
I am absolutely horrified about the terrorist attacks in NYC. I was at work when the news came over the radio and most of my office went to a local restaurant to find out what was happening. Seeing the 2nd tower collapse on live television was the worst thing I've ever seen and the effect was profound for us all. I was nauseous and faint but most of all wanted to talk to my family and tell them how much I loved them (can we ever say this enuf?) London, Ontario Canada (where I live) is not a huge city (300,000 pop) but even our tiny airport had 6 planes diverted for landing. London citizens opened their homes to the travellers and I have to say that it the midst of this awful, horrific tragedy when I felt so much shock and anger this made me realize that the innate goodness of human beings far outweighs the evil, fanatical behaviour of the few who would perpetrate such an ugly act on innocent people. I pray that all our members of every country, their friends and their families are safe. Be well, safe and loved. AmyL
