Guest guest Posted June 8, 2005 Report Share Posted June 8, 2005 Hello, I've been recently diagnosed with an overlap condition of autoimmune hepatitis and PSC. I also have colitis. I've read about the possible benefits of Ursodil and have tried to take it in the past, however, it caused stomach cramps and bleeding. This was before I was on any medication for colitis. I'm on prednisone now. I'm wondering if anyone has encountered the same stomach problems and if anyone has had sucess mixing it with other medications for colitis (ie prednisoine, salofalk ect)? I'm worried that by not taking ursodil I might be missing an importmant treatment. I have an appointment with my doctor tommorow in which I want to discuss this but I would also like to hear from people who have experience taking these drugs.
