I was wondering what people do on this list that might help to relieve pain

during periods?? You got cramping, bloating, bleeding, and you just feel

yuck. Plus you have to go to the bathroom more and have a even more

increased awareness of this area. Mine is coming up and I don't even want

to think about it. Any help is appreciated. Sue
