Anyone know how many servings in a can of Atkins Shake Mix? Just out

princing things and hunting down new recipes. Still on induction here, and

finding it hard to do on midnight shift...last thing i want to do when I get

home is cook, or eat somethingheavy like meat and cheese. Looking for

lots of easy, no-brainer ideas :)

amy...that is me...the no-brainer. I want what is easy. Atkins has 11

servings; Designer Protein 15. DP is cheaper. But for me, not as good

because it doesn't stick with me like Atkins. DP has 3.2 carbs. I think

the difference is that Atkins has 9g fat and 24g of protein compared to

DP at 1g of fat and 17.5 g of protein and maybe that is why DP doesn't

have the staying power for me.

One of the best things I did to make things easy was to get myself a

toaster/broiler oven. Then I got this little broiler pan with a

non-stick surface that fits in the oven (measured it in the store

*LOL*) A lot easier than heating up the regular broiler for just 2

chops or steaks or whatever, less mess to clean up than the frying pan.
