Guest guest
I am on Oxycontin and Oxycodone. But I also have a couple of diseases that list chronic fatigue as a symptom. I get up one or two days a week, rarely 2 days in a row. Hope this helps. Candy
Guest guest
I'm also on a number of medications that are sedating. My doctor prescribed Focalin (dexmethylphenidate) - I take it in the morning and a smaller dose at lunch. It helps get me going (more than caffeine)! He also thinks that pain can be so exhausting that he recommends something like this to help people, like us, who are drained. Since I went on disability retirement, I've had time to learn how to do yoga. I've done it in the past, but it was always a form of " exercise. " Now I'm doing it so my muscles don't tighten as much, so I can feel grounded / rooted, and so I can relax. Everyone always said, " you should do yoga! " without realizing that it takes time, and energy, to do ANYTHING new. Candy wrote: > But I also have a couple of diseases that list chronic fatigue as a symptom.
