As long as you're going to be using it fairly soon that should be fine..or even on the counter...otherwise, refrigerate to help it retain potency since it is a glandular product. Right now, she thought I should take 50 mg, but ordered 30's which = 60, and said to just split in half - a 30 in the morning and a 30 in the afternoon. From what everyone says, I'm anticipating having to increase the dossage. Even though I was only on 50 mcg of synthroid. (the chart equivalent says 30mg armour) - anyway! (my favorite word lately) - I guess I'm ok to take it when I remember....LOL Cris Re: armour - afternnon dose?
