Guest guest Posted June 21, 2011 Report Share Posted June 21, 2011 When i started looking for an attorney to help me win my SSDI case no one would take my case until i was OUT of work at least 1 year. I was getting some income from Work Comp and Short Term Disability. As Bennie said already, if you are able to work and are asking for more hours then SSDI will assume you are NOT disabled and will keep denying your claim.
