I am sorry to hear about your son. My daughter currently takes trazadone for her

sleep. She has a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep and it really seems

to help her alot. She has a solid nights sleep. She was also on seroquel which

helped for a while then they changed her and put her one Prozac which has helped

her alot more. She battles depression as well and has had other issues. But we

know about those two drugs well for her.

Now the adderall we had for our son who had adhd and it helped him for a few

months then we had to switch him to concerta which helped him from the begining

and currently helps.

I hope this information helps. My daughter did not really have any side effects

from any of the meds but they do and did help her.

Good Luck

My son has been battling depression his whole life. Due to lack of finances, I

have been unable to keep him on meds. Well...he was just hospitalized for

suicidal thoughts etc. The county has now agreed to help.

Hi

I'm so sorry about your son's problems. I know how this can affect an

individual,

and the family.

I have Bipolar disorder and it took a long time to get the right diagnosis and

the right combination of medications. I'm also a retired registered nurse.

It certainly looks like he is on an odd combination of medications.  Feel

free to right me personally.
