I

take:

1

x SRT2 (125mcg) at 08h00

1

x SRT2 (125mcg) at 20h00

Total

per day = 250mcg

1

x SRT3 (75mcg) at 08h00

1

x SRT3 (75mcg) at 20h00

Total

per day = 150mcg

No

lab tests available for T2 (as far as I know) – it goes on feelings.

Ok, sorry to make you repeat yourself again but I'm still a bit confused.

You say you take 125mcg SRT2 twice a day. Do you mean that you take

62.5mcg twice per day for an equivalent of 125mcg daily? And

the same for the SRT3, dosed twice to get an equivalent of 75 per day?

Another question I have is how do you check your lab levels for the T2??

Is there a lab test for FT2?? Or do you just dose on how you feel?

Sorry for all of the questions but I just really want to try to understand this

method.

Thanks again for your explanations.

Hi

there,

You

must have missed some of my emails. But here it is again:

I

take (All slow release capsules):

1

x T2 (125mcg) at 08h00

1

x T2 (125mcg) at 20h00

Total

per day = 250mcg

1

x T3 (75mcg) at 08h00

1

x T3 (75mcg) at 20h00

Total

per day = 150mcg

My

source is in South Africa. From my doctor's pharmacy. It seems not to be available

anywhere else - but I know some body builders use it so it might be available

from their sources.

Anyway, feel free to contact my pharmacy:

Compharm

Tel +27 (0) 56-811-3277

lab@... - they are not

good at answering emails - be warned.
